My 1st Shaklee

Assalammualaikum and Hello.

So, this was my first time trying Shaklee Fullset Slimming ( slimming ? hahaha at least Im trying ).


OMEGA GUARD, it helps to remove unnecessary fat especially which has been stored long enough in our body.

Samyang - Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Cheese Halal

Assalammualaikum and Hello.

well, I dunno how many packets of instant noodle Ive tried for these past few months while waiting for my espiyem result ( it can also be said as pay back bcs I didnt eat lots of instant noodle last year bcs of the big exam ). of course Im worried for myself but I also cant help my desire to eat it.

So, ive tried this Samyang - Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Cheese Halal. It tastes just like normal samyang ( but in this samyang they've put the cheese flavor ). not bad for those who love to eat cheese but I prefer the normal one.


My blog just got reviewed

This was my first time joined review segmen on blog.  At first I didnt even know what the meaning behind the titled 'Review Blog Segmen' until I joined this ( actually I knew about it after I joined this segmen and it was too late to regret ).

Im not that type of person who like to be judged and sometimes Im afraid of what will they talk about my blog ( was my blog too bored. was my blog too ... ) too much questions poped in my head. and once my blog got reviewed , I think it wasnt too bad. and never regret for what ive done ( by joining this segmen ).

ive tried to check my SEO blog and the apps told me that my SEO blog was 0%. and I was like ( okay dunno how to express my feelings ). and once I saw the entry where my blog just got reviewed, it said that my SEO blog was 36% ( I can finally breath hahaha ). at least it wasnt 0%.

and Ive put scrollbar on my archive. thank you for reviewing my blog. I really appreciate it, at least I can know what need to be improved. click on the picture below to read the entry.

Trying Chia Seeds.

Chia seeds have became viral on my instagram. They are easy to digest when prepared properly, and are a very versatile ingredient that adds easily to recipes.Being rich in so many key nutrients, regularly eating chia seed can improve your health in numerous ways. Some of chia seed benefits are:

How to Eat Chia Seeds 

Chia seeds have a mild nutty taste and can easily be added to most dishes as a garnish, yet chewing small seeds like flax or chia generally doesn’t make the omega-3’s and other nutrients readily available for digestion and assimilation. The best way to access their vitamins and minerals is to either grind or soak them.

How to Soak

To soak chia seeds, simply mix them in a 1:10 ratio chia to water. That’s about 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds in one cup of water. It does not have to be exact, but you do want it to gel all the way and not be too watery. Then let them sit for about 30 minutes to 2 hours.Since chia seeds can hold up to 12 times its weight in water, they are wonderful to prevent dehydration. 

However, if you choose not to soak them, then they can also absorb water from you during digestion.  So make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated.Incorporating Chia in Your DietChia is quite versatile. 



The seeds can be eaten raw, soaked in water to form a gel or sprouted like alfalfa sprouts. When eaten raw they have a nutlike flavor and are a great addition to your morning quinoa porridge, or tossed on a salad. They can absorb up to ten times their weight in water so they are a great way to thicken up soups or a smoothie.

However you choose to incorporate them in your diet, it’s best to do it gradually. Chia is high in fiber so start out with a small amount and be sure to drink plenty of water. The recommended daily serving is 1 – 2 tablespoons of dry seeds, start out slow and give your body time to adjust to the increased fiber intake. Make sure to choose an organic brand.

Samyang - Yukgaejang Noodle Soup Halal.

Assalammualaikum and Hello.

just tried this Samyang - Yukgaejang Noodle Soup. It wasnt spicy at all ( even for me who cant eat spicy ). same brand like the other viral instant noodle from korea ( samyang ) but this was that kind of noodle soup ( the other doesnt hv soup ).

just bought a big packet of samyang ( w/out soup ) and this samyang ( w/ soup ). so total 2 big packet. normally, something that I dont want to share w/ my family members ( food especially ) , I will keep it in my bedroom but, yukgaejang , im sorry I cant keep you in my bedroom anymore. welcome to my kitchen. hoping that my family members will eat them happily.

it taste like normal instant noodle ( just in my opinion ). but for those who want to try this instant noodle , just try it.

Samyang - Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen Halal

Assalammualaikum and Hello.

well, I guess lots of ppl hv tried korean instant noodle called Samyang - Hot Chicken Flavor Ramen. Actually, Ive tried this instant noodle for a several times but just had a time to post about it on my blog ( since I dunno what else to post ).

Im not that kind of person who can eat spicy but I do love spicy food ( sometimes I dont, depends on situation ). and I cant stand spicy ( I will cry, sweat a lot and my nose gonna cry too, once I eat spicy food ). some ppl can eat spicy and can stand to it but im not like that, i love spicy food but cant stand to it.


my 1st attempt to eat samyang, just ate about two slice of noodle ( and end up throwing them all ).

my 2nd attempt to eat samyang, a bowl of samyang were being shared with my dormates ( and of course I just ate a little ).

my 3rd attempt, just a few days ago, in the midnight ( late night supper ), I barely ate all of them without throw them away and I just realised how delicious they were even tho they were spicy. and of course ive prepared a glass of cold water, a glass of milk ( did you know that milk can help you to get rid of something spicy? ) and an cold green apple hahahaha.

and of course I did cried a lot but at least I managed to eat them all.

Mandarin Class.

Assalammualaikum and Hello.

It took about hundred of thought for me to make new entry ( well because I dunno what to post ). and finally I made it!. Did you ever going through to that moment that you were really dunno what to do in ur daily activities because you keep repeating the same activities such as sleeping early and wake up late, watching The Return of Superman ( I hate kids but dunno how I end up watching this variety ), eating and so on .

about a month before I end my high school year in Science Muar Royal Academy, I managed to convince my colleagues in the sephora group to make a 'TO DO LIST AFTER SPM' ( I miss them so much ) and of course we exchanged our list and make fun of it >_<

among of others activities that were written of my list to do after spm, there were Learning Mandarin. I dunno why I were really into the language. I just thought that it might can help me in the upcoming interviews ( one of my advantage ). and among my friends there's chinese and It might be cool if I can speak with them in chinese.

So, my mandarin class has started ( and my friend and I were the youngest students in the class ) and all I can say was 'It was cool'. Im hoping for the best.
